PRE SEASON FOR ALL MEMBERS COMMENCES THIS WEEK.
The program is open to all senior players, u/18 and u/16 players. Anyone younger that wants to join, please contact me first.
Training sessions for August are:
Thursday nights 5:30 - 6:15 strength and conditioning currently via Zoom.
Thursday nights 7 - 8 Topline Cricket Bayswater (note comments below).
Saturday mornings 10:30 - 12:30 at the club.
***DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS SPACES AT TOPLINE ARE LIMITED BY GOVERNMENT RULES***
Due to this, attendance at the indoor sessions will be allocated each week. We are only allowed 14 attendees each night at this stage. Players will be contacted and every effort will be made to include everyone across the 4 weeks.
This makes attendance at Saturday’s sessions critical. If anyone can’t attend please let me know.
Please make the effort to join Heidi’s workout sessions. They have been really beneficial to those that have partaken so far and the numbers have been great with over 20 players joining in.
If Covid rules don’t relax soon I will consider Tuesday nights in a couple of weeks.
Once we reach September, training will be Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, and Saturday’s including match practice.
